Hello! My name is Elena Sysoeva, I am an interior designer and architect specializing in residential and commercial spaces. I have been working in the design field for over 3 years and would be happy to design the apartment or business of your dreams.
My clients are families who have purchased apartments in a new location, as well as individuals who have started a business or experienced entrepreneurs in need of a design project.
I most often work in a team with a visualization designer. Working in a team allows us to work more efficiently and with higher quality, as each of us can focus on our specific tasks.

How we work
We work in stages, step by step, following this sequence because it’s the most efficient system, built over years of experience.

Since we often work remotely from different cities around the world, the author supervision service is optional. If we’re not in the same city as the clients, we’re always happy to assist remotely.

Gathering information
A site visit to take accurate measurements, considering all details such as hatch covers, communications, ventilation ducts, etc.

Technical assignment
We discuss style and color scheme references, preferences for finishing materials, and special features to include in the interior.

Layout design
We develop several layout options, and you choose the one that best suits your needs.

Interior visualization
Based on the technical assignment, the visualization designer creates renderings of the interior.

Working documentation
All necessary drawings are created for the implementation of the project.

Material & furniture list
Understanding your audience is a crucial aspect of any successful project. This involves gathering comprehensive knowledge about the individuals or groups who will be engaging with your project or its outcomes.

Author's supervision
Control is carried out at all stages of the renovation, including visits to stores, material procurement, and coordination with the construction team.

How much time does it take to develop a project?
On average, the development of a design project can take from a few weeks to several months, depending on these factors: size and complexity of the space, type of project, client requirements, approvals and coordination, materials and technologies, external factors.

Which cities do you operate in?
We are professionals with experience in remotely managing projects in different cities and countries. We strive to provide our clients with all the necessary information to carry out the renovation independently based on our design.

Can I be involved in selecting materials and furniture?
Of course, client involvement is one of the key factors in creating an excellent project. Before designing, we always gather the client's preferences: materials, furniture, colors, examples, hobbies, and much more. The more engaged the client is, the quicker we can deliver the project.

How is the payment for the work handled?




We work with an advance payment, after the joint discussion of the project questionnaire, preferences, and approval of the project cost. The payment can be divided into three parts: 30/40/30 or 40/40/20.
